We are from out of town and had the best service I have ever had anywhere. Definitely going to try to come back before we go home. Try the gator- blacked or fried. Ask for the lemon pepper sauce for dipping. To die for. Good views and great food.

Visited this spot to try fried&blackened gator for the first time and it was great!! The taste was flavorful and the fries were nicely seasoned. I stopped by after the tour of the Everglades right on the same dock which was also great. The whole park is very beautiful and the people are very nice

Old Florida at its best. We stopped in for breakfast and found a quiet place with outdoor seating with a view of the lake that felt like we were in a nature preserve. No fuss, no frills. Just great food and friendly staff (and a full bar). Camry couldn’t have been nicer. This is a place we will be going back to again and again.

Absolutely love this hidden gem on the water. Breakfast is great & everyone is so friendly. Camry our server was excellent!! Fantastic atmosphere with covered seating on the water or inside.

I Got the catfish/Gatorbite plate and it was more than enough food, the catfish had a delicious batter and the Blackened gator bites were amazing! The owner kept the place open just so we could eat and the service was excellent, very nice and outgoing!

I would like to preface by saying that I never leave reviews unless I am genuinely impressed. We are from out of town and our friend group really wanted alligator bites, so after a quick google review, we found Captain and Tequila. We weren’t sure what time they closed, but after a quick call, even though they were supposed to close at 5, they were willing to seat us. When we got there, Camry greeted us and got us sat outside. She was absolutely phenomenal the entire time. When you visit, make sure you ask for her! I got the blackened alligator bites to share with my husband and a cheeseburger. The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. With how beautiful the weather was and how great the service and food were, I was so surprised we were the only party. I genuinely loved the atmosphere here and will definitely be returning the next time we’re here!

What a great place! Food is exactly what you'd expect: cooking like your mom would make and definitely fills a hungry spot. I had a BLT and very much enjoyed it. The staff is absolutely amazing. Camry was our server while we there and she is just about the loveliest human being. We also chatted with the owner, and based on our interaction with her, it appears that lovely human beings are just part of the charm of this place. Great views of the water too! Lots of birds of all different kinds, some turtles..fantastic. This will be our go-to place when we are in Kissimmee.
